    Refund & Billing Policy

    Nature of the Service

    Nina.com provides access to a live, interactive entertainment service, including a members lounge, streaming media, chat participation, and optional private sessions. Purchases grant time-limited access to features of the platform and do not constitute the purchase of downloadable or tangible goods.

    Lounge Passes

    Lounge access passes provide time-based entry to the Live Lounge environment. The timer begins immediately upon activation of the pass, whether or not the member actively watches or participates.

    Because access is granted instantly and the service becomes immediately available, Lounge Pass purchases are non-refundable once activated.

    Video Access

    Video purchases grant streaming access only. They do not provide downloadable ownership. Once a video has been accessed or playback has begun, the service has been considered delivered and is not refundable.

    Private Sessions

    Private sessions are live interactive experiences. Availability is not guaranteed. Entry into the queue does not guarantee selection. Charges apply only for the time a session is active.

    Private session charges are non-refundable once the session begins.

    Tips

    Tips are voluntary gratuities given to the performer. Tips are final and non-refundable.

    Billing Errors

    Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

    • Duplicate billing
    • Demonstrable technical failure preventing access after purchase

    Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the transaction and must include the transaction ID.

    Chargebacks

    Before initiating a bank dispute, members agree to contact customer support for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
